Portraits
Reflection:
Question #1: Choose your top 3 photos. What did you do to make, or why do you feel they are so interesting? Describe each in detail providing specific explanations/evidence to back up your statements.
Photo 1- Is a picture of my friend Katie, I took it before snow coming. I like how she is the main focus, but you can still see what is going on in the background. The background could be considered a distraction because of the girl sitting at the table behind Katie.
Photo 2- Is a picture of my friend Hayden. He wore a blue and white checkered bow-tie for snow coming and I wanted to capture the classy-ness of the bow-tie.
Photo 3- Is a picture of Becca from the class photoshoot we did. I like how I captured Becca looking cross-eyed at the blue feather on her nose.
Question #2: What did you have to learn and understand so that you could successfully complete this unit? What Habits of the Mind did you use and when/why?
I didn't really do anything special while I was taking these pictures. With the pictures I took at school I used a zoom lens, which was pretty cool and the pictures turned out great.
